Occupational Therapist - Forster NSW
Unified Health is currently recruiting Occupational Therapists to complete our talented Mid North Coast Allied Health Hub. It will consist of a community based role with a strong understanding of NDIS and a passion for working with Children. and their families.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Your main role will include:
- Providing high level clinical services including client assessment and treatment, therapy, equipment prescription, home assessment and modifications.
- Running of educational groups and developing unique programs and resources for our clients/referring partners.
- Providing services from paediatric to the elderly and older adult population.
- Completing high standard reporting and recommendations, working collaboratively within a team, referring partners and families to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
- You will also have the opportunity to progress into a supervisor/senior role and be at the forefront of making changes to the delivery of allied health care services.

Skills & Experience:
The successful applicant must:
- Hold a current AHPRA registration or the ability to soon obtain
Have the capacity to work autonomously and cohesively in a team - Strong understanding of NDIS program
- Current working with Children's Check
- Possess the drive to make a difference
- Be passionate about quality OT service delivery
- Have excellent communication and report writing skills
- Be highly organised and efficient
- Have a current driver's licence and reliable car
